The Urban Charm manufactures a full range of unisex casual wear including Oversized T-Shirts, Regular Fit T-Shirts, Hoodies, Zip-Up Hoodies, Crewneck Sweatshirts, Jogger Pants, Track Pants, Cargo Pants, Drawstring Trousers, Co-ord Sets, and Drop-Shoulder Sweatshirts. All products are available for custom branding and private label.
What is the MOQ for casual wear manufacturing?
Our MOQ depends on the fabric type. For knitted fabrics like T-shirts, hoodies, and sweatshirts, the MOQ is 70–80 pieces per color per design. For woven fabrics like cargo pants and woven shirts, the MOQ is 200 pieces per color per design. Multiple sizes are included in both cases.
What fabrics are used for T-shirt and hoodie manufacturing?
We work with 100% cotton, cotton-polyester blends, fleece, French terry, waffle knit, and organic cotton. For t-shirts we commonly use 180 GSM to 240 GSM jersey fabric. For hoodies and sweatshirts, 280 GSM to 380 GSM fleece or French terry is standard.
Do you offer custom printing and embroidery on casual wear?
Yes, we offer screen printing, DTG (Direct to Garment) printing, embroidery, heat transfer, and sublimation printing. Our in-house design team can assist with artwork preparation and placement.
Do you manufacture oversized and streetwear fits?
Yes, we specialize in contemporary streetwear silhouettes including oversized T-shirts, boxy hoodies, drop-shoulder sweatshirts, and wide-leg joggers. We can match any fit reference or tech pack provided by your brand.
