Sample development takes 1-3 weeks. Bulk production takes 6-30 days after sample approval, depending on quantity, style complexity, and customisations. Samples are shipped via DHL/FedEx to your address for in-person evaluation.

Yes, we ship to 50+ countries worldwide including the UK, USA, France, Germany, Denmark, UAE, Canada, Australia, Nigeria, Kenya, and South Africa. Air freight via IGI Airport Delhi takes 2-5 days. Sea freight via JNPT Mumbai takes 18-35 days. We handle all export documentation.

We follow a 50/50 payment structure: 50% deposit before production starts, and 50% balance only after you approve QC photos and videos of the finished goods. Payment is via bank wire (T/T). This gives you full leverage before goods leave India.

Full private label includes: custom woven main labels, care labels, size labels, printed labels, hangtags, branded poly bags, and custom packaging. Provide artwork in AI, PDF, or PNG format at 300dpi. All available from the 200-piece MOQ.

Absolutely — we always recommend sampling before bulk. We produce 1-3 samples per style, shipped to your address via DHL/FedEx. You evaluate fabric, stitching, fit, and label placement in person. Only after written approval do we proceed to bulk production.

We follow AQL 2.5 and AQL 4.0 multi-stage inspection standards — covering fabric inspection, in-line production checks, and final audit before packing. Photo and video evidence of the completed order is shared before dispatch. You approve quality before paying the balance.

Yes, we handle complete export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, and airway bill or bill of lading. For EU buyers, we provide the REX Statement on Origin for GSP duty claims. For UAE buyers, we're experienced with Dubai Customs documentation.
